In this project, we developed a model to estimate the biological effect of an oil spill by introducing toxicity effects to our oil spill model. The model was applied to Tokyo Bay.
Few cases were simulated. In these figures the effect on different fish due to hypothetical oil spills are simulated. The figures show the potential effect on Sardines and Sebream based on available fish distribution patterns. Since the movement of fish is differnt between day and night the figures show the potential effect for a night spill as well a daytime spill. All simulations are hypothetical.
