TraPSA software is a graphical Windows application, and no command instructions are needed for data importing, processing, or exporting. Therefore, programming skills are not necessary for its users. However, a basic knowledge of trajectory and trajectory ensemble receptor models is required to correctly understand and interpret the analysis results.
